Susan Dykes
Susan Dykes, Executive Director

Susan has been the Executive Director for Lexington Manor for nearly six years now. She is originally from Massachusetts and moved to Florida 24 years ago with her three children. She has a background in nursing and risk management and has worked with the elderly for 24 years. Susan spends her spare time making wine and traveling.


 

Bonnie Matz
Bonnie Matz, Business Office Manager

Bonnie is proud to be part of the Lexington Manor team since January 2009 as the Business Office Manager. She was born and raised in Vero Beach, FL, is the youngest of four and moved to North Port two years ago. She graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2004 with a Bachelors in Health Science with a concentration in Gerontology. She has been in the industry with various positions for over 10 years and has enjoyed every minute. Bonnie loves to spend time with her family and friends as much as possible. She also enjoys traveling, shopping, boating, fishing and remodeling her house!


 

Ed Hill
Ed Hill, Director of Sales and Marketing

Ed is originally from North Conway, NH.  He came to Florida to attend college and, after graduation, made the decision to put his footprints in the sand instead of the snow.  Ed raised three children while living in Orlando for 20 years. Since his move to the southwest coast in 2007, Ed has been a resource for families in need of locating assisting living accommodations.  In his spare time, Ed enjoys boating and going to the beach.


Judy Chapdelaine
Judy Chapdelaine, Director of Clinical Services

Judy was born and raised in New England, she has been a nurse for 40 years, has worked in various positions and in all aspects of nursing. She spent 15 years in long term care nursing, now at Lexington Manor for 3 years, first as the charge nurse and now as the Director of Clinical Services. Her interest’s include interior decorating and spending time with friends.


 

Noelle LaPonte
Noelle LaPonte, Director of Activities

Noelle is the Director of Activities at Lexington Manor. Originally from Long Island, she has lived in the town of Port Charlotte, Florida for almost her whole life. Noelle has been working in the assisted living field for six years now in a variety of positions. She has been at Lexington Manor for four years and assists in contributing to the quality of life and social enrichment of each of our residents. She loves to go fishing and boating, and has a love of both art and music.


 

Cheryl Kiaffas
Cheryl Kiaffas, Director of Food & Beverage

Cheryl is from  Middletown, Connecticut.  She worked for Aetna for ten years as Executive Dining Room Supervisor.  Cheryl switched to healthcare and most recently worked for Brookdale Senior Living where she received national recognition for her dining services.  Out of 584+ communities she was one of five in the nation.  That same year she received the Gold Award; out of seven states and fifty communities Cheryl was number one! She hopes to bring her enthusiasm and background to Lexington Manor to make dining services a successful and awarding experience for all.


 

Roy Sortino
Roy Sortino, Director of Maintenance

Roy is the Director of Maintenance and has worked at Lexington Manor for six years and is instrumental in making sure that our community is aesthetically pleasing and well-functioning. He hails from New York and prior to working in the healthcare industry, he served as a Regional Service Manager in the field of Information Technology. In his spare time, Roy works for the Cape Coral Police Department in Code Enforcement.
